Refund & Cancellation

• You can cancel a Flow or Crew subscription at any time from your account's billing settings, or by emailing us.
• Cancellation stops future renewals — there is no cancellation fee.
• Cancelling does not end your current billing period early: you keep access to the paid plan's features until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.

• Accidental or duplicate charges. If you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same billing period, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge in full.
• First-time subscribers. If you are unhappy with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge for that plan by contacting us.
• Renewals. Beyond the 7-day window for a first-time charge, renewal charges are generally non-refundable, since cancelling stops future renewals and you retain access through the period already paid for.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Crew plans are set up individually with each team, so cancellation timing and any refund terms for a Crew plan follow what was agreed when the plan was set up. If nothing specific was agreed, the individual-plan terms above apply.

If we change subscription pricing, the new price will only apply from your next renewal after we give you reasonable advance notice. Price changes are never applied retroactively to a period you already paid for.
